Choir Updates!

Hi all lovely choir members!

Hope that you guys have all pulled through your term test week and are ready to come back for choir!


Here are the updates for Choir.

CHOIR PRACTICES (ALL MEMBERS)

07.06.10 (Mon), 6.30pm:
Only for performing members for the
conference on 09.06.10, Wednesday.

08.06.10 (Tues):
No Practice at Night due to the conference performance.

14.06.10 (Mon), 6.30pm:
Normal Practice Resumes


CONFERENCE PERFORMANCE (PERFORMING MEMBERS ONLY)

08.06.10 (Tues), 12.30pm:
Full-dress rehearsal, report to Studio 4 with your shoes, make up and whatever else you need.

09.06.10 (Wed), 6am:
Report for the Conference Performance at Studio 4. You are ONLY ALLOWED to claim for taxi fare if you present your receipt, pick-up venue and names of people in your car pool on a piece of plain paper. Please bring along your shoes, make up and some snacks to pull through the morning.

CHOIR CAMP (ALL MEMBERS)

*Attached is the Indemnity Form for those who did not receive the updated version (hardcopy is printed on both sides). Please fill up this form in hardcopy and bring it along on the 1st day of the camp (11.06.10, Friday) if you have yet to submit it to SAA. Members who did not submit their form to SAA OR bring it on the 1st day of camp itself will not be allowed to take part in the camp’s activities.

The other *attachment is the packing list for the camp. This list is meant to be a guide on the amount to bring; do bring the necessary items for yourself that is not included in the list (e.g. Personal medications)

Dates: 11th to 12th June 2010
(Friday-Saturday)
Reporting Time: 1pm
Venue: To Be Confirmed (TBC)
We will go through the program flow of the camp on the 1st
day itself.


CHOIR EXCHANGE (ALL MEMBERS)

We will be having a choir exchange with the choirs from Jurong Junior College, Greendale Secondary School, East Spring Secondary School, Pei Hwa Secondary School and Queenstown Secondary School.
