This is our very new choir blog, where any events or (silly or otherwise) happenings in our pratices will be posted up. Firstly, congratulations yet again to all our new choir members! Welcome to our choir family, where

Below are some people who work extremely hard for the choir to function as well as it does right now. These are the people who plan our concerts, who act as liases and who probably love you guys the most. :D
Firstly, Mr Darius Lim -
our very own overtalented and underappreciated conductor.
Go on, google his accolades!

Next, the Management Committee of 2010/2011:
Our President, Zyndie Wai;
she loves the colour purple (to the point of obsession) and shiny things bring out the magpie in her.
Our Vice-President, Goh Qiu Jin;
she is known for her very distinct laughter which sounds like a descant (re: a counterpoint melody sung or played above the theme) and carrying knives everywhere.
Our Secretary, Ang Kai Jie;
he is our very own silent talent, where we think that someday he'll suprise us all by bursting out in song and dance.
Our Libriarian/Quartermaster, Matthew Ng;
he is one powerful bass (don't make him shout at you!) and though he looks a little scary, he's actually an incredibly gentle and nice person.
Our Sectional Leaders,
Soprano: Janell Kwok (who is normal)
Alto: Victoria Chan (who is a certified bimbo)
Tenor: David Ng (who is another loudhailer)
Bass: Matthew Ng (read description above)

+ Every single one of you! (Yes, you. And you.)
A choir, as defined by the dictionary is: a family of similar musical instruments playing together. Our voices are our instruments, and singing together makes us a family. *insert warm fuzzy feeling here* :D
Of course, not forgetting those who have graduated or are graduating from TP Choir - YOU ARE NOT FORGOTTEN, WE STILL LOVE YOU.

Here's the very first email received from Pwiince Charlton!

Here’s the reason I joined the choir,
for my love for singing was just like fire,
though its different from what I sing,
but it does help to cure moodswings,
through it I’ve met wonderful people,
been an angel and mortal as well on paper,
to sing and dance so freely with laughter,
but serious at times when things turn sombre,
and well just between you and me,
there’s this girl I’d really like to see,
but that’s all you’ll be hearing from me now,
maybe you should just wait and see how,
all in all I love this choir,
my brothers and sisters and my big big brother.
