AY 2014/2015

Hi Chorale!

AY2014/2015 has commenced, which means that a new Management Committee has been appointed! *drumrolls*

.
.
.

The new Management Committee for AY2014/2015 is as follows;

President - Leong Jun Li
Vice President - Justin Ong
Secretary - Lee Hong Hui
Librarian - Chia Wan Lin
Quarter Mistress - Simone Tan
Student Conductors - Foo Yu Kang, Sophia Tay

Let's not forget our dearest Section Leaders! *drumrolls again* They are;

Soprano 1 - Sophia Tay
Soprano 2 - Leong Jun Li
Alto - Karen Ong, Ashlyn Wong
Tenor & Bass - Foo Yu Kang

As the committee for the new AY, we can guarantee that we will continue bringing TP Chorale to greater heights! For instance, we will be planning many more activities for you guys, i.e. concerts; we could even be going on a little trip (hint hint)! Nothing is guaranteed quite as yet, but we promise that we'll do our best to keep the chorale's spirit alive! :)

Meanwhile, here are a few things for all Chorale members to note:

1. PRACTICES - DATE, TIME, & VENUE

Practices will be held every Tuesday and Wednesday, 6.30PM to 9.30PM! The venue will be at Studio 7, SAA Building (behind the South Wing).

Please reach the studio at 6.30PM SHARP (unless you are still having lessons), as we will start practice on the dot.

2. SOCIAL MEDIA SITES

Do stay connected with all TP Chorale social media networks! We will be constantly posting important updates and reminders, and occasionally, videos and recordings made during practices will be put up for everyone's benefit of self-improvement! So please don't miss out!

.

The next few months of Chorale practice will progressively become more intensive and hectic, so please try not to fall sick! Stay hydrated and healthy (yes this is nagging), as constantly missing practices will hinder the progress of not only the individual, but the whole choir itself!

Have a good Labour Day everyone! \(^v^)/

Hong Hui
